Reports

Reports package your assets, findings, and scan results into a document you can download or have emailed automatically. Reports can be generated once or set up to repeat on a schedule.

Generating a report

  1. Go to Reports and click New Report.
  2. Fill out the form:
    • Project — pre-filled with your currently selected project if you belong to more than one.
    • Name — required, 3–255 characters.
    • Description — optional, up to 1000 characters.
    • Type — Full, Executive, or Vulnerability Scan (see Report templates below).
    • Language — English or Spanish.
    • Assets — for Full and Executive reports, one or more assets to report on.
    • Vulnerability scan — for Vulnerability Scan reports, the completed scan to base the report on.
    • Vulnerability severities — which severities to include: Critical, High, Medium, Low, Info, Unknown.
    • Vulnerability statuses — which statuses to include: Open, Closed, False Positive.
    • When to run — now, or scheduled for a future date/time (see Scheduling & repeating below).
    • Repeat — optionally recur daily, weekly, or monthly (see Scheduling & repeating below).
    • Email recipients — optional, see Email delivery below.
  3. Submit to queue the report. Once it finishes, it's available to download from the Reports list.

Report templates

  • Full report — a comprehensive, asset-driven report: cover page, table of contents, executive summary, discovered hosts, exposed ports and services, compromised credentials, and the complete list of vulnerabilities grouped by severity with full detail. Built from the assets you select.
  • Executive report — a short, leadership-friendly version: cover page and executive summary only, with counts and summaries of hosts, ports, vulnerabilities, and leaked credentials. No table of contents or detail tables.
  • Vulnerability scan report — a pentest-style report tied to a single scan rather than an asset list: cover page, table of contents, an executive summary scoped to that scan's targets and excluded targets, a severity breakdown, and full technical detail per vulnerability (CVE, CWE, CVSS, EPSS, remediation guidance, references, affected hosts, and request/response evidence).

Scheduling & repeating

When creating or editing a report, choose Now to generate it immediately, or Schedule to pick a future start date and time.

Scheduled reports can also be set to repeat:

  • Repeat interval — Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
  • End date — required once a repeat interval is chosen, and must be after the start date. The report stops repeating once this date passes.

Each run of a repeating report generates a new document using the same settings (assets or scan, severities, statuses, recipients, and so on).

Email delivery

Add one or more addresses under Email recipients to have the generated PDF sent as an email attachment as soon as the report finishes — whether it ran immediately or as part of a schedule. Leave this empty to only make the report available for download in the platform.

Managing reports

From the Reports list you can:

  • Download a report once it's finished — the download button is enabled only after the first successful run.
  • Edit a report's settings — not available for a one-off report that's already completed.
  • Delete a report — not available while it's running or queued.

Editing and deleting reports requires an admin role (Organization Admin or Project Admin).

Each report shows a status: queued, running, scheduled, repeating, completed (or finished), or failed.
